Charlotte has been studying Pilates for over 20 years. She began her training by practising dance at a young age and then performing in a contemporary dance company, she then worked as a model and actress. Throughout her career she has used Pilates as an integral part of her training, she continues to dance and also trains in Yoga, Laban Movement Psychology, Body Psychology and Alexander Technique.
She first trained with Rachel Rafiefar and Trevor Blunt in London, acting as an assistant in a series of workshops for osteopaths and Bowen therapists. Charlotte completed her Matwork Foundation Matwork teacher training with Anoushka Boone of the Pilates Foundation and now an accredited member of the Pilates Foundation and IPTA.
Teaching style
Fascinated by the engineering of the body, Charlotte’s classes have a kinesthetic dimension which encourages the practitioner to develop better proprioception of their body. Drawing on all her experience, the body is at the centre of these classes to develop an awareness of anatomical and postural alignment, through the principles of Pilates.

Sergio discovered his passion for classical dance at the age of 8 in his home town of Barcelona. He studied classical and contemporary dance at the Real Conservatorio de danza in Madrid and the English National Ballet school in London. He became a professional dancer in several companies in Spain and then in France in 2008 to join the National Choreographic Centre of Aix en Provence directed by the famous French choreographer Angelin Preljocaj. This company will take him to the most beautiful theatres and opera houses in the world, such as the Bolshoi in Moscow, the BAM in New York, the Opéra Garnier or the Sydney Opera House and many others….In 2017, he obtained his State Diploma of Dance Teacher from the CND in Paris..
After two operations on his knees and following serious injuries related to dance, Sergi oriented his rehabilitation towards the Pilates method which became an obvious choice for him in his reconversion. He obtained his Balanced Body instructor diploma at the Alyne Center of Paris and at the Classical Pilates Center of Las Vegas.
Teaching style
Sergi likes to work with rigour, dynamism and benevolence.
He pays particular attention to the work of the deep muscles, to the postural alignment and to the precise execution of the exercises. This approach helps to rebalance the body, correct posture and prevent injury.
He is very attentive to the needs of his student and easily adapts his style according to the objectives and HIS abilities but making sure that each session is challenging.
He teaches a wide variety of clients, from professional athletes to beginners.

After spending several years in the Communication sector, Laetitia decided to change her career path and concentrate on her passion: movement, which she discovered at an early age by taking ballet and acrobatic gymnastics classes.
She discovered Pilates 15 years ago in Brazil, where she was immediately seduced by this method, which brought her an immediate sense of well-being and a renewed energy that she found in her daily life.
After many years of practising Pilates, she realises that Pilates is a holistic method that has benefits for both body and mind; indeed after each session she finds serenity. Pilates has also opened her up to body awareness: knowing and correcting her body’s imbalances but also its strengths.
Trained in Paris, École À-LYNE – BALANCE BODY method, she is a certified instructor of level 3 and all apparatus and is a member of the pilate federation.
Teaching style
Her sessions, adapted to all levels, are tailored and caring because she believes that every body is different and every person is unique.
Laetitia likes to transmit her passion for movement, anatomy and bodily intelligence, by offering authentic and fun teaching, focused on body awareness and postural correction.

Sophie has a taste for technical rigour.
Sophie has worked for 15 years in consulting and business development, while at the same time training in classical and Russian dance at the conservatory. She thus understood very early on the inseparable link between body and mind.
After 10 years of diligent practice of the Pilates method, Sophie turned to postural work. Passionate about the body and its mechanisms, she trained in Transversal Stretching by emergence of form, after obtaining certification as a Pilates teacher from the A-Lyne school (Paris) certified by Balance Body University (USA).
Teaching style
Sophie has developed a teaching method based on body awareness with in-depth work on postural alignment allowing her clients to feel more confident and stronger in their daily lives.
She adapts the sessions according to each client, each objective but always respecting the principle of precision of movement, the key of the Pilates method to achieve its objectives.
Sophie teaches one-to-one and small group classes, from beginners to high level athletes.
Sophie is a member of the French Pilates Federation.

Simone’s passion for movement and wellness began at a young age with beach volleyball and competitive horseback riding in Brazil where she was born and raised.
After studying finance in Italy, she worked for 10 years in the banking sector, during which time Simone practiced Pilates and Yoga. She quickly discovered the benefits of Pilates: a methodology that develops harmony between body and mind. Indeed, movement, holistic discipline, balance and well-being are the answers she finds in Pilates.
Desiring to converge her passion for the body, well-being, and her desire to have a deeper relationship with herself and others, she decided to stop her career in the banking industry to become a Pilates instructor.
Since 2016, Simone has been certified by the ROMANA school in Paris including the complete Level 3 program (Matwork and all apparatus).
Teaching style
Simone teaches individual and small group classes with precision, rigour and conviction.
Very attentive to her clients, Simone adapts each session according to their needs, pathologies and emotional states.
She is convinced that the art of movement aims to treat the different levels of organisation of the human being: his body and his mind in the same therapeutic process so that he is in perfect health.

Agnès’ classes can be summed up in these few words: good humour, benevolence, dynamism and rigour.
Agnès adapts to all profiles: beginners, experienced and pro athletes.
During her classes, her objective is to bring everyone to a better awareness of their body. She believes that proprioception is essential to control, tone and re-educate the body in order to correct bad postures and avoid pain.
Therefore, she emphasizes on finding the right alignment, on breathing, on working the deep muscles in order to find well-being and freedom of movement. Agnes is also inspired by dance movements which she incorporates into her Pilates classes for even more challenge and pleasure!
Teaching style
Since childhood, Agnès has been passionate about dance and from an early age, she dedicated herself to learning classical and contemporary dance to become a professional dancer. She studied at the Paris Opera School of Dance and then at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp in Belgium. Her career led her to work for several dance companies and theaters in Europe: the Graz Opera in Austria, the Münster Theater in Germany and then in France with the Ballet Preljocaj under the direction of Angelin Preljocaj.
After these years on stage, Agnès decided to take the classical dance teacher’s diploma which she obtained in 2017.
Following a knee injury, Agnès started practising Pilates in parallel with her dance teaching. She quickly realised the therapeutic power of this method and the feeling of well-being it brings to both her body and her mind. She therefore decided to train in the Pilates method and obtained her Pilates instructor diploma at the A-Lyne training school in Paris (Balanced Body method).
Nagisa

Nagisa, born in Niigata, Japan, was very passionate about classical dance since 4 years old. When she arrived in France at the age of 13, she studied classical dance at the National Conservatory of Dance in Nantes and then at the Conservatory of Lyon.
After graduating in 2001, she was hired by the Ballet Preljocaj, Centre chorégraphique national d’Aix en Provence, until 2019 where she had a great career. She will play the main roles in many of Angelin Preljocaj’s repertoires: “The Rite of Spring”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “Snow White”…
She will be mentioned in several international newspaper articles, including the Dancer of the year award (The Beverly Hills Outlook awards), and will appear in several films and books.
Thanks to this fame, she will obtain in 2013, a dispensation of the State Diploma of dance teacher.
Aware of the limits of her physical and psychological capacity in the face of intense daily training and touring, Nagisa felt the need to protect herself from possible injuries. So she started practicing Pilates. Seduced by the benefits of this method, she decided to take a break from her career and follow a complete training of Romana’s Pilates (original method) in Paris, in order to be able to share this body-friendly teaching through a mindful and deep approach.
Teaching style
Nagisa teaches with care, respect for the body and according to the level of each person.
She attaches great importance to understanding the body behaviour of each person in order to provide quality physical support for everyday life.

After spending six years as a destination manager in international club hotels, Charline realized the significant impact yoga had on her life. She has been inspired by various styles of yoga that she discovered around the world, from renowned studios in Mexico to more intimate teachings in Thailand.
Trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with an international certification by Yoga Alliance, she is also certified in pre- and post-natal yoga according to the Gasquet method. Charline also holds a certification in Thai Massage and a BPJEPS Leisure for all audiences.
